The authoritative organization issued the "Jianzi [2024] No. 1" Science and Technology Achievement Appraisal Certificate on April 28, 2024, which recognized that "the comprehensive technology of Sifang Jieneng water-cooled premixed condensing gas steam boiler has reached the international advanced level"!
The China Boiler and Boiler Water Treatment Association has accepted the application for the new product appraisal of Sifang Jieneng. An expert appraisal team consisting of 8 authoritative experts and professors from across the industry has entered Sifang Jieneng and conducted the new product appraisal in accordance with regulations.
The appraisal certificate states that "the project proposes an integrated and collaborative digital optimization design mode for the 'pot' and 'furnace', achieving the integration of the pot and furnace, replacing traditional burners, solving the bottleneck problem of imported burners, and realizing the integrated manufacturing and delivery of the pot and furnace: using water-cooled premixed combustion, reducing the generation of nitrogen oxides, initial NOx emissions ≤ 25mgNm ', C0 ≤ 30mg/m. The flame size is less than 20 centimeters, and it almost does not require a furnace. Its weight is only about 60% to 70% of traditional boilers, saving a lot of steel consumption and achieving low-carbon emissions throughout the entire life cycle of steel boilers. The boiler adopts a vertical water pipe structure, and the boiler main engine, energy-saving device, condenser, burner, chimney base, control system, etc. are pried out of the factory, shortening the installation cycle and saving installation costs.
