The 'long summer' promotes communication and promotes school enterprise cooperation. On July 15th, Sifang Jieneng welcomed the first batch of 47 teachers and students from the Thermal Engineering major of Xi'an Jiaotong University this year, and began a 5-day summer internship and exchange activity.

Sifang Jieneng is a "postdoctoral practice base" and has established long-term cooperative relationships with many universities for college student internships. Currently, many graduates of the master's degree programs have become practical technical leaders, R&D innovation team backbone, and executive backbone of the enterprise. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the internship activities for college students at Xi'an Jiaotong University, Sifang Jieneng has set up special classes and customized plans, corresponding to practical training and on-site exchange internship packages for safety production, process welding, gas, solid fuel, waste heat utilization boilers, etc.

In the morning of the same day, following the internship plan, under the guidance of the head of the company's human resources department, the interns visited the enterprise image display center, technology research and development center, quality center, manufacturing center, and other places to learn about the brief history of enterprise development, corporate culture construction, technological research and development strength, leading product technology, quality control system, advanced production equipment, production process flow, and the latest product series. They concentrated on participating in the mobilization meeting for the internship activities, enterprise safety production education and training, and other activities.
